However, if you feel unable to do so or you’re unhappy with the response you receive, you may wish to make a complaint.  We have a written complaints procedure available for downland from our Documents and Forms webpage or from Reception.

As a first step, speak to Debbie Westmoreland (Operations Manager). You can also speak with the Managing Partner, Joanne Rowe. You can also put any complaint to the practice in writing.
