The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the care and treatment you receive and to improve services.
All NHS services are obliged to ask patients the following question:

Patient Technology Survey
You may be aware that the Department of Health is looking to practices to find new and innovative ways of providing care for our patients. There is a considerable amount of technology available to General Practice that helps not just improve access to our team of clinicians, but also helps to provide advice and self help/education.
To obtain patient opinion on this subject, we produced a short online survey. This survey is now closed and the results are available on the link below.
Patient Participation Group (PPG)
When and where do we meet?
Predominantly the work will be ‘virtual’ i.e. electronic although we will ensure all information is also available within all of the Health Care Centres via Reception Teams or on the PPG Notice Boards.
As a Practice we now hold quarterly review meetings to discuss the action plans and any feedback we have been given. These alternate between Strensall and Stamford Bridge Health Care Centres, and usually last around an hour to an hour and a half.
In order to ensure we have sufficient space available, we would be grateful if you could kindly contact Emily Broadbent, PA to the Practice Manager, to advise if you can attend. Many thanks.
What do we do?
We want to obtain your views on areas that you feel we should focus on and also share progress on agreed action plans. Through surveys that we will issue electronically through email addresses collected so far; through our website and in paper format within the Health Care Centres, we will review the feedback and determine what actions we should take to improve and/or develop our service(s).
As well as sharing results from meetings and surveys through our face to face group meeting, we will also share results locally in Health Care Centres and on the website and through postings on Facebook and Twitter.
By providing us with your contact details, we can contact you every now and again to ask your views on our service(s).

MyHealth Annual Patient Survey 2012
Thank you to all those that took part in the Annual Patient Survey 2012. This year 276 patients completed our survey and provided us with a fantastic amount of feedback. We were very pleased to have so many valuable responses.

Patient Reference Group Survey Report 2012
Following our listening exercise and the successful launch of MyHealth, we have now had an opportunity to analyse the Patient Reference Group survey responses from June.

Last year we started to ask for your views on the services we provide. We received a great deal of communication and we plan to continue to engage with you.
