MyHealth operates a text messaging service to:
1) Confirm an appointment booked
2) Remind you of a booked appointment (1 working day before the appointment)
All patients are automatically opted into this service. Whilst the Practice sees this as a positive step forwards, we recognise that not all patients will want to be contacting in this way.
