We aim to deliver a comprehensive and high standard of healthcare. We have four NHS Health Care Centres serving approximately 19,500 patients across an area of over 200 square miles to the North East of York. MyHealth is committed to working in partnership with you to help maintain your health and wellbeing; keeping you as fit and as healthy as possible.

We offer a wide range of services including access to information to help you manage your conditions, alongside a dedicated healthcare team. So we firmly believe that by working in partnership, “together, you’re healthier”.

Please be reminded that all calls to and from the practice are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. If you have any queries regarding this, please speak to a member of the team.

NHS App

If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

If you already use online services you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

Coronavirus Update

Visit NHS.uk for the latest guidance on coronavirus COVID-19, including symptom checker, self-care and social distancing.

Refer to NHS 111 Online to check if you have coronavirus symptoms. If you have severe COVID-19 symptoms and need further advice call NHS 111 — not the surgery.

At this time please do not go to the surgery, unless you are advised to do so by a member of the Practice team.

Isolation Notes are available online from NHS 111, if you are self-isolating and need a note for your employer. Further help, guidance available from our COVID information support page.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DURING THIS TIME OUR SERVICES ARE NOT OPERATING AS NORMAL – FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENTS WILL ONLY BE OFFERED AFTER A TELEPHONE CALL WITH A GP. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE PRACTICE UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO DO SO BY ONE OF OUR CLINICIANS.  

ANY PATIENT ENTERING THE PRACTICE MUST WEAR AN APPROPRIATE FACE COVERING. 

Please be aware that all MyHealth branches will be closed from 12:15 on Tuesday 7th July for staff training. Vocare will be covering urgent queries between 13:00-18:00 and are contactable on 0300 123 0762. Usual opening times will resume from Wednesday 8th July.
